6 slices of wholemeal bread
1. Preheat the oven to 120C (250F).
2. Cut crusts from the bread and cut each slice in half.
3. Cover a baking tray with baking paper then spread the bread pieces out on the tray.
4. Bake for one hour until crisp and lightly browned.
5. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
