1 cup of water
1. Peel carrot and chop the ends off.
2. Chop carrots into small pieces.
3. Use a small pot, add water and chopped carrots.
4. Boil for 10 minutes or until nice and soft.
5. Remove carrots and mash them in a small bowl. Add the liquid from the pot to get the right thickness.
6. Use a stick blender if you want to puree.
