8 – 10 months
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 ripe banana
2 tablespoons of full fat Greek or natural yoghurt
1. Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop out into a small bowl.
2. Cut banana in half, peel, chop into pieces and put into bowl.
3. Using a fork, mash banana and avocado until blended.
4. Add in yogurt and stir through until mixed.
