INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
1/4 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt

METHOD
1. Cut avocado in half, remove seed and scoop out into a small bowl.

2. Add to the bowl the silken tofu and greek yogurt.

3. Mix together using a fork and blend until it is nice and smooth or use a stick blender.
