10 – 12 Month Food Chart

10 – 12 Month Food Chart

This Baby Food Chart is a quick and easy way for you to know which baby foods to feed your baby and when to do so. We have researched what are the safe baby foods from supporting authorities and have put together an easy to follow chart that is easy to understand.

Please note that when introducing a new baby food to your baby, apply the 4 Day Wait Rule so you can be sure there are no allergic reactions. As babies become older their bodies become stronger and able to digest without reactions like gas, constipation or diarrhea. This is why some baby foods are introduced later on and not straight away.
