Your baby will continue to enjoy 3 meals a day, however, babies still require their diet to include 600ml of breastmilk or formula milk every day. Try and avoid pre-packaged and processed ‘snacks’ for your baby. Fruit or a slice of toast with avocado is a healthier option.
