INGREDIENTS
1 apple
1 ripe pear
3/4 cup of water
A pinch of cinnamon
METHOD
1. Peel, core and cut the apple and pear into small pieces.
2. Bring a cup of water to boil in a small saucepan and add the apple and pear.
3. Turn the heat down a little and cook until soft, around 10 minutes. Don’t let the water boil dry; add a little more if you need to.
4. Puree until smooth in a blender; add a little extra water if required.
5. Sprinkle some cinnamon into the puree and stir to blend.
