INGREDIENTS
1 cup of water
5 apricots, stones removed and flesh chopped. (or use canned apricots)
2 ripe pears, peeled, cores removed and flesh chopped

METHOD
1. Put water, apricot and pear into a small saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat.

2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. (or until liquid has reduced by half).

3. Remove from the heat, drain off the water and allow fruits to cool.

4. Use a stick blender to make a smooth puree.
