INGREDIENTS
200g pork fillet
1 potato
1 parsnip
1/2 onion
1 apple
1 1/2 cups of water
2 fresh sage leaves

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 175 Deg C.

2. Peel and chop potato, onion, parsnip and apple into small pieces.

3. Dice pork into small cubes.

4. Using a casserole pot that has a lid, add in the pork, potato, onion, parsnip, apple, sage leaves and water together.

5. Bake with a lid on for 80 minutes. If you don’t have a lid for your pot use some baking paper over the top.

6. Bake until tender and soft.

7. Mash together with a fork or blend using a stick blender for a smoother texture.
