INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup of formula milk or breast milk
A pinch of nutmeg
3 slices of wholemeal bread, broken into pieces
1 1/2 cups of pumpkin
1 cup of water

METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 180 deg C.

2. Peel and remove seeds from pumpkin. Then chop into small pieces.

3. Using a small pot add in the water and chopped pumpkin.

4. Bring to boil and simmer for 8 – 10 minutes.

5. Blend using a stick blender until nice and smooth or leave as is for babies who can chew their food well.

6. In a small bowl add in the egg, 2 tablespoons of cheese, formula milk or breast milk and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.

7. Add in the broken pieces of bread and let it sit for 15 minutes.

8. Add in pumpkin to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

9. Pour contents of bowl into a small greased baking dish.

10. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in oven for 25 minutes
