INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons of cooked porridge (oatmeal)
½ a ripe banana
1 tablespoon of fresh blueberries (or frozen)
1 teaspoon of ground flax

METHOD
1. Peel and chop the banana.

2. Wash and drain the blueberries.

3. Place all the ingredients in a small/medium bowl and use a stick blender to make a smooth puree, or blend until smooth in a food processor.
