INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango
1 small banana
2 tablespoons of plain full fat unsweetened yoghurt

METHOD
1. Slice the mango and remove cheeks from both sides. Scoop out flesh from the mango and put into a small bowl.

2. Peel banana and chop into small pieces then put into bowl with the mango.

3. Add the yogurt to the bowl.

4. Blend using a stick blender or food processor until it is nice and smooth.

HANDY HINTS
Serve this with baby’s cereal or porridge for breakfast!
