Beetroot, Carrot & Orange Jelly

INGREDIENTS
3 teaspoons of gelatin powder
3 medium sized beetroots
2 carrots
1 orange
100ml hot boiling water

METHOD
1. Using a juicer, juice the beetroots and the orange (try to get 400ml of juice – if you don’t, then add in another orange. Don’t forget to peel the orange before juicing!)

2. Boil water and put 100ml in a separate cup.

3. Mix in the gelatin to the hot water and mix through.

4. Combine water/gelatin with the 400ml of juice. Mix thoroughly.

5. Line a baking tray with plastic wrap and pour the juice into the tray.

6. Set in the fridge for 2 hours until it has set.

7. Remove from the fridge, flip upside down onto a clean board.

8. Remove the plastic wrap and slice into cubes.

9. Store in a container in the fridge

HANDY HINTS
Use other fruits and vegetables to juice to get other combinations.
