INGREDIENTS
1 fully-ripe pear
½ cup of fresh blueberries (or use frozen)
1 cup of fresh raspberries (or use frozen)

METHOD
1. Peel the pear, remove the core, and chop the flesh into small pieces.

2. Place the pear, blueberries and raspberries in medium-sized bowl and use a stick blender to puree until smooth, or puree in a food processor.

3. Press the mixture through a fine sieve, using the back of a large spoon, to remove seeds and any pieces of blueberry skin.

HANDY HINTS
Serve this on baby’s porridge or cereal for breakfast! This also freezes well!
