INGREDIENTS
200g broccoli
1/2 cup peas
1 ripe pear
A pinch of cinnamon
2 cups of water

METHOD
1. Chop up broccoli into small pieces.

2. Using a small pot add peas and broccoli then add 2 cups of water.

3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.

4. Peel pear and remove core then chop into small pieces.

5. Remove liquid from pot by straining the peas and broccoli. Save some of the liquid from the pot.

6. In a small bowl combine broccoli, peas, pear and cinnamon.

7. Mash together with a fork until you are happy with the consistency.
