INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 basil leaves
1 sprig of flat leaf parsley
1 egg
1 teaspoon of butter

METHOD
1. Dice up finely the basil and parsley

2. Beat the egg with a fork in a separate bowl.

3. Heat up a medium sized fry pan and melt in the butter.

4. Pour in the egg and swirl around to cover the whole pan.

5. When the egg looks cooked, remove from the stove and sprinkle on half of the egg the chopped herbs.

6. Add on top of the herbs the cream cheese. Distribute evenly.

7. Fold the egg in half, chop into bite sized pieces.
