INGREDIENTS
100 grams of chicken breast
2 tablespoons of water
15 red or white seedless grapes

METHOD
1. In a small pan, add water and chicken and simmer. For better results put a lid on the pan to pressure cooke the chicken. This will help cook the chicken more evenly.

2. Cook for 5 – 7 minutes until chicken is cooked. Check on chicken by cutting open to see if it is cooked. If it is still pink inside, keep cooking until it is ready.

3. Remove chicken and put in a small bowl with the grapes and the juices from the pan.

4. Blend using a stick blender or use a food processor until smooth.
