INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon of powder gelatine
¼ cup of boiling water
50ml of fruit juice (mango and pineapple do not set well)
50ml of cold water

METHOD
1. Put the gelatine into a measuring jug, add the boiling water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved.

2. Make up a combination of fruit juice and cold water in a separate jug and top up the gelatine mixture to 150 millilitres (5 fl. ounces).

3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
