10 – 12 months
400 grams (13 ounces) of lean minced (ground)beef
1 cup of dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup of milk
A little salt and pepper
1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
1. Preheat oven to 190C (375F).
2. Mix all ingredients well in a medium-sized bowl – by hand is more effective.
3. Divide the mixture into 6 even portions, squeeze to firm, and place in a muffin tray.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
5. Allow meatloaves to cool then remove them from the tray. Freeze any not for immediate use in separate freezer bags.
