200 grams of pumpkin
1/2 cup of water
1. Peel pumpkin and remove seeds. Chop into small pieces.
2. Using a small pot add in the water and pumpkin.
3. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer for 10 minutes or until the pumpkin is cooked through. Add a little more water if it needs more cooking.
4. Using a stick blender, puree the pumpkin until it is nice and smooth.
