INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
2 tablespoons of grated Cantaloupe melon
1 teaspoon of ground flax
1 small pinch of ground ginger
1 drop of vanilla extract

METHOD
1. Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix and mash well to combine.

2. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving.
